►This is a handmade product according to your order, custom product, the product begins to be made after the order is placed, no refund is accepted In the process of hand-making.
►We offer a worry-free return and exchange service for most items. To be eligible, goods must be returned in original good condition within 7 days of delivery. Keep in mind that items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
► Please complete the form within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request. One of our team members will contact you within 1-3 business days with return instructions.
